Top 10 Reasons
I'm the Real Estate Agent for You!

  1. I have years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the local market, as well as acquiring commercial real estate sites across the United States. I have had my real estate license for over 17 years, have been my own broker for the past year, and I have been in the real estate field for over 20 years in many different capacities. I have worked as a paralegal for real estate attorneys, so I know the intricacies of real estate from the legal side of things. I worked as a real estate manager for over five (5) years acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate for an international restaurant chain, where it was my job to draft and negotiate all of the contracts for purchase, the leases and all of the other documents that goes with a commercial transaction, as well as manage the real estate after it was acquired.

  2. I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy.

  3. I'll do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I make a point of paying attention to the new listings every day so that I can point you to the ones that meet your criteria as they come up.

  4. I'm a full-time real estate broker - anything less and you'd be short changed. This is my one and only job - so I'm available to work around your schedule. Our office is open 7 days a week, except for the occasional holiday. Our office phone gets forwarded to my cell phone when I'm not in the office, so I get your call and/or your voice mail message when you leave it.

  5. I'll use my connections throughout the mortgage industry to get you the best deals possible.

  6. You'll be my only client in the real estate transaction. There can be an exception to this rule if I represent both the buyer and the seller (known as a transaction broker), but you will get honesty and integrity from me, as well as a written disclosure that I represent both parties. This will in no way compromise your transaction.

  7. I'll guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling a house, eliminating hassles and stress.

  8. As a standard business practice I preview homes as they become available, keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve.

  9. I won't waste your time - when an offer is made, I'll require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 to 48 hours. This period of time can be longer if we are dealing with a bank owned or short sale property.

  10. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention, as well as my dynamic web and e-mail resources.

Let's get together to talk about your home buying and/or selling plans. Call me at 727-862-5000 or send me an e-mail (Rhonda@WaterfrontAndPreferredHomes.com), we'll set-up a time to meet that is easy and convenient for you.

If you're not ready to meet in person, please tour my website. I'm sure you'll find the resources here useful and helpful.
